We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team at FITSOCIAL GYM LLC . The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This role involves multitasking across reception duties, phone and message handling, and general support for gym operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome all members and visitors to the facility.
- Provide information about membership options, gym facilities, and policies.
- Ensure a positive first impression by maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs of members efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Address inquiries, take accurate messages, and forward them to the appropriate staff.
- Respond to emails and other correspondence as needed.
- Assist with scheduling appointments or classes for members.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain accurate records of memberships.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Address member complaints or concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Support other departments with administrative or operational needs as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service in the fitness industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software (e.g., MS Office, gym management systems).
- Positive attitude and a passion for fitness and wellness.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
