1. Bachelor’s degree with certification in SEN
2. Prefer two or more years of experience in PS or MS Special Needs

4. Good classroom management skills
5. Able to incorporate technology in classroom instruction
6. Must have an understanding and appreciation of the uniqueness of the PS/HS student
