One of our prominent clients, a diversified business conglomerate with a portfolio spanning five key sectors: General Contracting, Real Estate Development, Agriculture & Food Industries, Lifestyle, Entertainment and Hospitality, and Services is seeking to hire a Digital Product Manager to join their team in Qatar - Doha.Experience:Minimum 8-10 Years in Managing Digital ProductsExposure to SAP solutions such as S/4 Hana, SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors is a big plusMinimum 3-5 years experience in StartupsCoding experience in front end, back end, databases technologiesKnowledge and Skills:Hands-on skill for product architecture (former Enterprise Architect)Worked previously in tech start-up organizationsKnowledge (Advanced) in Reactjs, React Native, Flutter, Nodejs, Mongo DB, SQL DB and API'sAgile Project methodologiesWorked on Jira or other Kanban toolsDesign skills on Figma (nice to have)UX Testing experiencesRoles and Responsibilities:Successful delivery of IT Products and projectsManage IT projects/programs on time and within budgetSchedule and organize teams in an efficient mannerDemonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and writing.Managing Conflicts between teams and stakeholdersLeading Innovation And change management within the OrganizationStrong project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
