Job ResponsibilitiesComplete ownership of sales, operations, and marketing of the events/activities (offline) organized by Manbot Global.Creating new monthly deal management and updates or maintaining the existing reports.Creating a new CRRP Tracker (Weekly) and updating for weekly reporting.Assisting I&B and planning team with the implementation of campaigns, events, roadshows & exhibitions.Maintaining a good relationship with the client.Develop and grow internal/external relations.Take the approvals or permission from the societies, corporate offices, and other locations for the activities.Manage all offline marketing campaigns to promote the event and convert the traffic into sales.Collaborate and work closely with the internal team (brand marketing, assimilate, product and sales, and IT) on the requirements for the success of the events.Working closely with the business heads of different brands of Manbot Global to plan and execute events and coordinate with selected vendors for equipment to ensure the smooth execution of the event as per the schedule.Liaise and coordinate with selected vendors for equipment to ensure the smooth execution of the event as per the schedule.Minimum RequirementsWork experience of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 years.- Willingness to travel.- Required UAE driving license.- Experience in planning and executing offline events.
