We are looking for a confident, experienced, and well-spoken individual to act as a Secretary / Personal Assistant. To provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the CEO's working life and communication. Should be smart, talented, and possess Personal Assistant experience.ResponsibilitiesAct as the point of contact between the CEO and all internal/external communicationsScreen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondenceHandle requests and queries appropriatelyManage diary and schedule meetings and appointmentsMake travel arrangementsTake dictation and minutesExcellent Communication Skills - Written and Verbal (fluent in English / Arabic)Smart, assertive, and organizedProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsWilling to work extended hoursAble to work under pressureMust be a team playerKeep records of clientsAssist agents regarding document issuanceProvide client supportAble to draft letters and correspondence and file documentsData entry and documentationManage mailExcellent organizational and leadership skillsFamiliarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principlesExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeCoordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policiesManage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other dataTrack stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessarySubmit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field.Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or personal assistance roles.Must have a Driver's LicenseKey Demographic Requirements:Applicants must be:
