On behalf of our Major Construction client, we are actively seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, in budget and to a high quality.Experience in contracts management of projects required in:Infrastructure - Bridges and RoadsMust have Contracts experience in Abu Dhabi.Responsibilities include:Formulating of contract programmes, procurement of subcontractor and material schedulesIssue of progress reportsChairing & minuting of supply chain meetingsWorking closely with the project team Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Buyers, Health & Safety ManagersEnsuring that projects are completed to the required standard, on time and within budgetEnsuring that all health & safety regulations are maintainedRepresenting the company in a professional / polite manner at all meetingsEnsuring that our I.S.O quality assurance procedures are adhered toAssisting the project team with value engineering and construction methods to ensure that margins are achieved / exceeded on all projects.This is a permanent, full-time position.
