Chief Engineer Join our team in Kuwait on a 6-6 shift rotation. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chief Engineer to join our team and support our operations in Kuwait. The Chief Engineer is responsible for providing oversight, supervision, leadership, and delivery of all functions within the Kuwait Maintenance Organisation in accordance with EASA Part 145 regulations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring compliance to EASA regulatory requirements
2. Actively supporting the quality system and driving continuous improvement programs
3. Ensuring adequate numbers of suitably experienced, trained, and competent staff are available to meet the planned activities of the maintenance organisation
4. Establishing a training program inclusive of all regulatory mandated training, internal training, and competence assessment, enabling all maintenance staff to remain current in these requirements
5. Maintaining adequate facilities and tools appropriate for the planned activities inclusive of hangar, office, workshops, and stores environments
6. Ensuring accurate retention of all maintenance records for the organisation and third-party maintenance activities

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in aviation maintenance as a manager leading large groups or teams
2. Held or currently hold an Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License
3. Strong understanding of EASA Part 145 aircraft maintenance regulatory framework and interpretation
4. Strong leadership skills with proven experience in prioritising workload
5. Ability to negotiate in difficult circumstances and deliver positive results and outcomes
