Company DescriptionVAM SYSTEMS is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore & India.Job DescriptionVAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for a Solaris Administrator for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:Skill Set Required:6+ years of experience in Administrating, Installing, Configuring, Commissioning, and migrating several platforms of UNIX Servers.Expert in UNIX technologies such as Solaris 8/9/10/11, Red-hat Linux, Sun cluster, SVM, Zones, ZFS, Containers, LVM, VMware, ESX 3.5, and Oracle Virtualization.Hands-on experience in Virtualization Technologies such as OVM and VMware vSphere.Hands-on experience in UNIX Shell scripting.Experience in Designing Application Disaster Recovery plan (ADRP) on virtualization Environment will be an additional advantage.Experience in Symantec products such as VERITAS Cluster Server, VERITAS Volume Manager, and Hitachi Storage System will be an added advantage.Sun Certification will be an added advantage.Terms and Conditions:Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems- Qatar and shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in Qatar.Should you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest to saranya.sasiraj@vamsystems.com or call us at +91 4762684924.
