We are looking for a highly skilled Global Head of Finance to lead thefinancial strategy and management for Epasero in Dubai. You will be responsiblefor overseeing all financial aspects of the company and driving sustainablegrowth through strategic planning and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the financial planning and analysis to ensure alignment with company objectives.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.Collaborate with executive management to drive profitability and operational efficiency.Lead and mentor the finance team to meet business goals.RequirementsProven experience as a senior finance executive (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent).Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Experience in global finance operations is a plus.What we offerCompetitive salary and bonusesHealth and wellness benefitsRelocation support to DubaiOpportunities for career advancement and professional developmentGenerous vacation and paid leave policies
