Quality Controller/ Road Tester

Job Title: Road Test Driver Job Description: You would be responsible for conducting a road test drive on vehicles prior to repair or service and after it is done to ascertain that the vehicle is ready for delivery. Key Responsibilities:

1. Performs safety checks and maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure adherence to company and principal quality standards.
2. Check the job card to understand the customer complaint, vehicle issue and the maintenance services/repairs completed by the technical team.
3. Performs road testing to ensure the reliability and safety of vehicles post-repair and maintenance work as per repair procedures. Verify whether the service repairs have solved the customer complaints/vehicle issues.
4. Inspects, diagnoses and locates mechanical and electrical malfunctions post repair, if any.
5. Identified issues are to be reported to the manager so that they can be resolved by the technical team within the set timelines and as per quality standards.

• High School

• Minimum 5-7 years in a similar position or related to business.
• Relevant Experience: 3-4 years of experience in the automotive industry.
