The Finance Team

Navigating the Numbers: Our Finance team dive deep into data, strategising every dollar to fuel growth and maximise our returns. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance Reporting Manager to lead our financial reporting team. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of financial accounting principals, keen eye for detail, and ability to manage team effectively.

What you’ll do:

Financial Reporting:
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting and reporting standards
- Prepare and analyse financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure smooth audits and timely completion
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement best practices
- Utilise technology to streamline and automate tasks
- Collaborate with product to enhance financial process and reporting tools
Regulatory and Tax Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure compliance
- Adhere to internal controls and risk management procedures
- Work with auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- File for tax with authorities in a timely and accurate manner
- Optimise current structure for tax filing

What we’re looking for:

Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance. Qualified Accountant is a must
At least 4 years of experience in Financial Reporting ideally from the fintech or finance sector
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and standards in particular IFRS
Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
