ASSESSMENT MANAGER- HR TALENT MANAGEMENT/ PSYCHOMETRICIAN

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/or any related field
Must have at least minimum of 5years experience in assessment-related role
Psychometrician/ or Psychologist license is mandatory
Proven experience managing assessment processes, including logistics and data analysis
Strong understanding of assessment methodologies and quality assurance standards.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and assessment-related software
