Job DescriptionThis role will act as the SPOC between Enterprise Customers and the various VF teams during the "Build" phase (from contract signature to customer acceptance).ResponsibilitiesManage all stages of the project cycle for Enterprise Fixed Customers within agreed time, quality and budget plan.Quality acceptance by customer of all deliverables up to and including 'first bill check'.Manage the identification and mitigation of risks, issues and dependencies for each project and ensure delivery.Lead and manage escalations/critical tasks and ensure delivery as per the requirements.Maintain and update a database of project related documents.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Telecommunications / Computer Science / Engineering.Prince2 or PMP/PMI certified.Minimum 5 years project management experience in a telecommunications or IT environment.Should have good understanding of MPLS, SDWAN, IOT, Contact Center, Security Solutions related technologies.Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.Extensive vendor management experience.The individual must have excellent and impactful communication, inter-personal and presentation skills.
