Job Responsibilities

Talent Development: Oversee growth & development using Resource plan – short & long-term local national market challenges, tracking customer demand business plans met. Budget Management: Oversee 12+ Manufacturing site Operational budgets management targets, financial, cash flow, forecasts. Performance Monitoring: Monitor & Improve operational performance reviews / audits. Communication: Become the “go to” for all site managers effective two-way communication. Leadership: Provide leadership to implement quality management, process control. Labour Negotiations: Oversee plant labour negotiations supporting HR and Manufacturing site Managers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
