Who you are

We're seeking a strategic Chief of Staff to play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and the CSO by driving company strategy and ensuring effective execution. You will develop financial models to evaluate and support corporate initiatives, acting as the CSO/ CEO right hand in aligning business objectives with actionable plans. From day one, this person will have an immediate impact on our productivity by leading our strategic initiatives, project management, and working closely with the CSO / CEO. The ideal candidate will have proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising, always executing in founder-mode and good stakeholder management.

ObjectivesOversee strategic and growth business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and business unit headsImprove current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity

Responsibilities - In this role, you will

Plan and manage high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely deliveryAssess the viability of products and services, benchmarking our offering, analyzing product-market fit, developing financial models, and aligning teams working on go to market strategiesOwn projects end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams, resources and stakeholders, to deliver them successfullyConduct thorough risk and cost analyses to support informed decision-making and project planningManage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure projects are cost-effective and aligned with financial goalsProvide strategic insights and recommendations to the leadership team Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, financial performance, and risk management to the leadership teamSupport with performance management by developing, monitoring and reporting on key metricsIdentify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and enable scalabilityManage key external stakeholders, preparing materials and undertaking key meetingsAnalyze data and prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders on performance, challenges and opportunities, and advising on strategySupport with issue resolution and crisis management for streamlined operationsEnsure clear, cohesive and effective communication across all levels of the organizationYour Technical Skills:

Your verbal and written communication skills are top notchYou are solution oriented - adaptable, open minded, creative and curiousYou have excellent project management skills, you are detail oriented and a proactive problem solverYou work effectively with senior executives and with cross-functional teamsYou have strong command of financial modeling, risk analysis, and cost managementYou analyze data and produce insightful reportsYou are able to solve complex problemsYou are able to strategically align immediate outcomes with long term goalsYou hold yourself accountable to achieving desired outcomes

Your Key Qualifications

You have at least 8 years of experience managing complex projectsYou're based in UAE or willing to relocateYou are well-versed in leveraging technology to optimize project efficiency and reportingYou hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.PMP and CFA certification is a plus
