Tips: Dedicated Clinical Application Specialist to join our team, focusing on the Kuwait market. This role is important for improving patient care with our innovative medical devices. You will work with healthcare professionals to ensure our products exceed their expectations. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical demonstrations and detailed instructions on how to use our products, from pre-sale activities to post-sale support including troubleshooting areas.
- Support existing new products by working directly with end-users and customers, to achieve customer competency and optimal product utilization.
- Identification of new opportunities and new potential customers.
- Represent our company at hospitals, trade shows, and educational events. Offer product support through in-person visits, written communication, and verbal interactions.
- Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to improve product knowledge, share customer feedback and aid in forecasting.
- Stay updated on market developments and our products to serve as subject matter experts.
- Provide clinical insight into marketing materials, and product instructions, and manage compliance issues.
- Degree in Nursing or Laboratory Science preferred.
- At least 1- 2 years of experience in laboratory and medical applications/ sales, or clinical education related to medical/laboratory devices. Experience with safety medical devices and technology is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to educate and persuade healthcare professionals and distributor teams.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and quality management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional teamwork.
