Duties and Responsibilities:Abides by the Medical Staff Bylaws, Code of Medical Ethics, Rules and Regulations of the Medical Staff and those specific to the department.Carries out full range of clinical duties as assigned by the Director of Radiodiagnostics & Medical Imaging in accordance with individually approved clinical privileges.Responsible for the maintenance of high standards of diagnostics examinations.Responsible for the implementation of radiation protection procedures.Responsible for consultation with medical staff on the radiological investigation of their patients in order to decide whether any examination requested is appropriate or necessary. Rotates through each imaging sub-specialty as required by the Director of Radiodiagnostics & Medical Imaging and is expected to have sufficient breadth of training to undertake this rotation. Will be required to attend all departmental meetings. Participates in the on-call duties as required by the department. Teaches staff assigned for training purposes, and participates with the Director of Radiodiagnostics & Medical Imaging planning a programme career development for trainees.Participates in the improvement of quality of patient care (Total Quality Management Programme, Quality Assessment Improvement Programme) as applicable. Fulfills the requirements of the Saudi Council for Health Specialties with regard to continuing medical education.Participate in the forward planning, and further development of the department.Deputizes for his superior as required and shares workload in his specialty during the absence of his colleagues.Strives to improve his clinical expertise as well as standard of practice with regard to morbidity and cost effectiveness. Requeued:Self-motivated and with awareness of current trends in the field.Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.Ability to speak, write and read Arabic and English.At least 5 years experience in reporting PET-CT IMAGE  Education:Graduate from a recognized medical school. Saudi Board or equivalent higher qualification in Radiology. Master Degree in Nuclear Medicine
