Job Responsibilities:

  1. Track performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and use data analytics to enhance the user experience.
  2. Oversee and allocate the marketing budget.
  3. Develop e-commerce category strategies, manage trade marketing, analyze market data, and execute campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.
  4. Lead technical aspects of e-commerce platforms, optimize user experience, manage vendor relationships, and possess strong technical and project management skills.
  5. Provide customer chat support as the single point of online customer interaction across channels such as email and WhatsApp.
  6. Address escalated customer issues and ensure adherence to company processes and turnaround times.
  7. Manage routine accounting, inventory management, export-import documentation, and general administration with knowledge in E-Commerce accounting and Zoho tools.
  8. Implement strategies to improve page load times, user experience, and overall site functionality.
  9. Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms for improved user experience and sales.
  10. Analyze web traffic metrics and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  11. Monitor inventory, manage deliveries, supervise warehouse operations, and optimize the Warehouse Management System.
  12. Develop marketing strategies to drive online sales, manage advertising campaigns, analyze data, and enhance customer engagement in e-commerce.
  13. Manage customer disputes effectively using technology, maintain detailed records, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  14. Analyze large data sets to optimize online sales and develop data-driven solutions.
  15. Coordinate sales activities, manage customer inquiries, analyze sales data, and develop strategies in retail sales.
  16. Design and implement scalable web applications for eCommerce, requiring expertise in Magento and web security.
  17. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, lead a team, optimize SEO/SEM, and manage campaigns.
  18. Oversee online sales operations and optimize user experience for e-commerce success.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. High school degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.
  2. Experience: 2-5 years in E-commerce/Social media handling.
  3. Proficient in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing techniques.
  4. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple online selling accounts.
