Store Manager - Kuwait City, الكويت - Burberry

An exciting opportunity in Kuwait for a commercial store manager to join the Burberry team, leading the store to provide an iconic customer experience and ensuring profitability. Key responsibilities:

• Achieve sales budget.
• Manage Key Performance indicators in line with store Profit and Loss reporting.
• Prioritise and initiate Company objectives.
• Work closely with the General Manager and Buying team to provide effective feedback.
• Minimise theft by customers or staff and adhere to security procedures.
• Provide democratic leadership and control for staff.
• Appraise staff performance and develop plans.
• Apply Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures.
• Provide management cover for all store areas.
• Carry out additional duties as directed.

• Previous retail management experience, preferably for a luxury retailer.
• Commercial awareness and sales target management.
• Strong leadership and sales team support.
