MBR Partners is seeking a Systems Operations Manager for a major smart city project in Saudi Arabia - this is an opportunity to be engaged in one of the world's major development projects.Education:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience:Proven experience in project management.Experience in Operation and support.Demonstrated experience in managing agile cross-functional teams at a senior level.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets with exceptional planning and organizational skills.Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.Create and deliver engaging presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.Lead by example, delegating responsibilities effectively, and resolving problems efficiently.Exhibit persistence, perseverance, and patience in challenging situations.PMP or similar certification is a plus.Skills and Qualities:Proven experience in project management.Experience in Operation and support.Demonstrated leadership experience in managing agile cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and planning abilities.Ability to lead, delegate, and inspire teams.If you are a results-oriented, experienced operations manager with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams, we invite you to apply.
