This will include project management of several key HR projects, to ensure the HR Department's success in meeting its short- and long-term goals.In this role, you will: Support, plan, coordinate and execute multiple HR projects, programs, and activities to improve processes and services. Collaborate with HR colleagues in different streams in the HR department to improve and future-proof processes and systems in their areas. Map all processes within the HR department and interactions with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities. Perform other duties as determined from time to time, including visa processing, onboarding paperwork, HR administration, event coordination, and employee engagement. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in the HR field or a respective HR qualification e.g., CIPD. A minimum of 1 year of experience working in the field of HR. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficient with Google Workspace. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressured, deadline-driven environment whilst maintaining focus on quality and attention to detail. Skilled at balancing competing priorities. Effective communication skills. Expert organiser. Analytical problem-solver. Track record of being flexible, resilient, and reliable. High degree of initiative.
