Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in similar position Demand Planning Customer Relation Expert in Excel & PPT reporting Education: Bachelors Degree Key Responsibilities: Demand Planning (Safety Stock Management through Forecasting) Purchase Order Management Stock Turnover Optimization Order Trend Stabilization Customer Support (First contact (e-mail, phone, system) point for customers for all parts related requests / issues) Logistics and Warehouse Support Onsite Support (Business trips (Specially in MEA region) for onsite support to the customers) Dimensions: Responsible for customer satisfaction by proactive communication. Improve stock availability by implementing new techniques in demand planning Reduce suply lead time through innovative ideas
