Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.Provide assistance and guidance to customers in choosing ceramic and tile products.Have in-depth knowledge of ceramic and tile inventory.Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.Process customer requests accurately and efficiently.Ensure that orders are executed on time.Monitor and manage stock levels at the counter.Inform the management team of stock levels and reordering requirements.Handle cash, credit, and other payment processes accurately.Issue access and ensure proper documentation of sales processes.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.Deal with customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.Promote special offers, discounts, and promotions to encourage sales.Identify opportunities to sell additional products.Ensure counter and display areas are organized and visually appealing.Effectively highlight featured products and promotions.Handle product returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.Work with customers to solve problems and provide satisfactory solutions.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
