Responsibilities:
Monitor, analyze, and evaluate trends in news and social media related to companies, government bodies, campaigns, and spokespeople.
Utilize media monitoring tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Quid) to set up and execute complex topics using Boolean queries.
Visualize and present data to inform clients' communication strategies.
Filter and categorize information according to client requirements.
Develop creative and critical analyses to provide actionable insights to clients.
Collaborate with colleagues to deconstruct complex topics and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Contribute to strategic planning to enhance our media monitoring offerings.
Foster a culture of analytical excellence and data literacy across the team.
Your experience and skills:
Proven experience in media monitoring and analysis, with a hands-on approach and strategic mindset.
Expertise in media monitoring tools and advanced Boolean query techniques.
Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to present data clearly and effectively.
Bilingual in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
Solid understanding of public relations and global affairs, and the ability to analyze data to drive communication strategies.
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to develop creative ways to analyze and present data.
Team-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
