We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Project Director to oversee and manage international programs for governmental and semi-governmental entities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering or science and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to drive the successful execution of complex projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a project manager and possess expertise in a wide range of areas including engineering, project control, contracts, procurement, health & safety, security, environment, risk management, financial management, quality assurance, and construction project management.Responsibilities:Direct supervision and management of diverse stakeholders and facility service providers across commercial and public sectors.Leading the project team to ensure successful delivery of projects within established timelines and budgetary constraints.Drive continuous improvement and capacity building within Saudi Arabia, and other relevant regions, to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.Providing strategic leadership and guidance for the successful execution of international programs in accordance with governmental and semi-governmental regulations and requirements.Ensuring high standards of health & safety, security, and environmental compliance across all projects.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with relevant authorities and stakeholders.Essential Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering or science from a Ministry-accredited university.Minimum 25 years of experience in international programs for governmental/semi-governmental entities with a track record as a project manager.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Extensive global experience, ideally in the Middle East/Kingdom region (Saudi Arabia).Proven history of managing diverse stakeholders and facility service providers across commercial and public sectors.Success in driving continuous improvement and capacity building, particularly within Saudi Arabia
