Find out more at www.odoo.com.Program Overview:The Young Graduate Program at Odoo is an intensive, structured initiative aimed at nurturing young professionals to develop them into future senior leaders. Participants will engage in diverse rotations across the Support and Sales functions for a period of 9 months to gain hands-on experience of the business, client interactions, receive mentorship from existing leaders, and in-depth product knowledge.Key Responsibilities:Participate in departmental rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of the different functions.Collaborate on projects that align with business objectives and contribute to team goals.Engage in training sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities to enhance professional development.Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to drive innovation within the team.Gain in-depth knowledge of Odoo's products and services.Receive regular feedback and performance evaluations to support growth and career progression.What we expect:Bachelor's Degree.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Proactive and adaptable with a strong desire to learn and grow.Passion and strong interest in technology.Valid UAE residence visa.What we offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Mentorship from experienced professionals.Possibility for a full-time placement at Odoo Dubai.What's great in the job?Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open culture.Expand your knowledge of various business industries.Create content that will help our users on a daily basis.Each employee has a chance to see the impact of their work.
