Responsibilities:Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential health, safety, and environmental hazards.Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for hazard control measures.Organize and conduct safety training programs for construction and landscape teams.Investigate incidents, accidents, or near misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate HSE requirements into project planning and execution.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs and initiatives.Ensure that all personnel have access to and effectively use personal protective equipment (PPE).Advise on waste management and environmental sustainability practices in construction and landscape projects.Requirements:A bachelor's degree/Diploma in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.Proven experience in HSE roles within the construction or facilities management sectors.Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to conduct thorough investigations and compile comprehensive reports.Proficiency in organizing and delivering training programs.Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and recommend control measures.Immediately available candidates will be given preference.Benefits: Attractive Salary and Benefits
