Training Sales Advisor - Emirati TalentGreat that you're thinking about a career with BSI!BSI is seeking dynamic and motivated Training Sales Advisor to join our Team in Dubai.Purpose of the position:To sell BSI products and services to new and existing customers across a defined BSI product suite. To identify and manage sales opportunities, building an in-depth understanding of a client's current and future business needs and drivers and position the BSI value proposition, how BSI products and services 'Make Excellence a habit'.Responsibilities:Outbound calling: make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce BSI products, describe the benefits of our training courses and any special offers.Client advising: advise customers about how these training courses may benefit them personally and persuade them to attend one of them.Qualifying leads: receive leads from the marketing team and generate your own leads.Salesforce: gather and document information about the customer and update Salesforce.Requirements:Fresh graduate or up to two years of sales or telesales experience.Bachelor's degree in any discipline.Excellent communication and listening skills.Good command of English and Arabic.Knowledge of Salesforce is preferable.Motivated by working with targets.Strong organizational skills.D&I PolicyBSI is committed to ensuring the diversity of our workforce reflects that of our clients and the communities in which we operate.
