Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager!
The ideal candidate needs strong knowledge and experience in all stages of the sales cycle for Digital Services such as Social Media Management, Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing. They should be confident in building new client relationships and possess good negotiation skills. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth, fostering client relationships, and expanding the client base.

Position: Business Development ExecutiveLocation: AjmanTarget Market: All over UAE
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking efforts.
Cultivate relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and position our services effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new business partnerships.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track sales activities using CRM software.
Collaborate with the project delivery team to ensure seamless transition from sales to implementation.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of web and app development technologies, social media, and digital marketing industry trends is a must.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
