On-Site Event Coordinator

Location: Fujairah, UAE We are seeking an experienced On-Site Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Fujairah. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing detailed event plans, ensuring all aspects align with the overall vision.
- Source and secure vendors, including food trucks and local businesses, to enhance the event experience.
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise on-site to maintain a high standard of service.
- Ensure the safety and security of the event site at all times.
- Proven experience in event management, with a strong portfolio of successfully planned and executed events.
- Comprehensive understanding of event planning, from concept to execution.
- Familiarity with the legal requirements and regulations in the emirate of Fujairah.
