Software Tester VALTRANS TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS & SERVICES, Dubai Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies. Analyze user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility. Ability to use diagnostic scanners and software programming. Provide necessary knowledge transfer of the vulnerabilities found during the assessments to the software engineering teams through meetings and walkthroughs. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Identify, record, and track defects in the software. Strong technical background and understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management methodologies. Experienced individual with the ability to support the business with all types of software testing mechanisms and ensure that software changes meet requirements. Troubleshoot and debug apps and hand them over to testers for better performance. Analyze the requirements and propose the best possible solutions. Regularly update and patch software to address security vulnerabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers. ISTQB or similar software testing certification is a plus. Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques. Conduct performance testing to assess the scalability, stability, and speed of software applications. Design and implement performance testing strategies and plans. We are looking for an Arabic Mobile Tester with banking domain expertise. English and Arabic language proficiency is a must. Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
