As an experienced BIM/CAD drafting service provider, we generate and manage digital 3D models that streamline and automate the decision-making process throughout the project.Founded in 1987, we have more than 35 years of experience.Job DescriptionWe are responsible for project concepts, preparing design criteria as per engineering discipline, and following the standards set by Saudi Arabia codes and the Saudi Council of Engineers regulations.Create full submittals of draft drawings, schematic diagrams, riser diagrams, flow diagrams, standard details, and looping of pipes in the mechanical room. Proper revisions must be submitted again for approval using drafting software and its related programs.Prepare design drawings for HVAC systems as per criteria for residential and commercial complexes. We sketch the design by collecting total cooling flow and connecting accordingly.Work on HVAC systems and complete the design concept by selecting the flow with its total engineering conversion.Draw the system for HVAC, ventilation, fresh air ducts, and louvers, indicating all the dampers, outlets, and their connections in a proper manner.Work on drainage systems (one-way and two-way distribution) within fixture units for stack ejection.Work on site piping layouts by calculating invert levels from the starting point to the endpoint with a minimum slope. In cases of higher drops in pipes, we can use lift stations to maintain the slope. All pipeline systems can be connected through MH and dumped into sewage tanks.Draft the design scope for kitchen appliances for their waste chucking into grease interceptors and oil interceptors, sizing according to their waste disposal with the help of flow diagrams.QualificationsAdditional InformationWe are looking for immediate joiners inside UAE.
