Salary: 500 – 1250 Kuwait Dinar per month. In British Pounds, this ranges from £1302 - £3255 per month. Requirements of the Nurse:
  • Qualified Nurse with at least 2 years of experience within Intensive Care, Cardiac Care or Neonatal Intensive Care.
  • Respect for local customs, traditions, and laws.
  • Be willing to relocate to Kuwait and undertake the relevant compliance and onboarding.
Job Duties:
  • Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in both ICU/CCU and NICU settings.
  • Monitor patients closely, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain advanced life support skills and respond effectively to emergencies in the ICU/CCU, ensuring patient stability and safety.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients' families in the NICU, guiding them through the complexities of neonatal care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient, incorporating evidence-based practices and family-centered care principles.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in both units.
