- Achieve sales targets with the allocated budget and manpower.
- Provide direction to facilitate goal-setting process in line with Corporate and Marketing Department.
- Goal setting per supervisor with a frequent monitoring of their performance; follow up sales administration, monitor progress, measure results, reward incentive payments and perform appraisals.
- Select, interview new recruits to the sales team and provide in-field coaching to facilitate succession planning.
- Control and monitor implementation of sales strategies and tactics and provide feedback and market intelligence to Marketing Department.
- Improve contacts with key accounts: identify opportunities for corporate marketing and cultivate as appropriate.
- Follow up with different outlets/key accounts and monitoring the sales and stocks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures and serve as a role model to all employees by demonstrating full support of Abbott occupational health, safety and environmental programs.
- Bachelor Degree in Commerce/General Science.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trade management role, with 3 years “Achieve Expectations” overall achievement (or above).
- Strong coaching and leadership profile.
- Organization and Industry intelligence.
- Strong selling skills base.
- Analytical skills and territorial planning technique.
- Computer skills is a must.
- Good command of English Language.
