Specialist - Website & Social Media Content ManagementJob DescriptionDeveloping content strategy aligned with short, medium-term, and long-term marketing objectivesCollaborating with the communication and business teams to design, plan, and develop site content, style, and layoutsDeveloping an editorial calendar and ensuring communication and brand teams are on boardCreating and publishing engaging contentEditing, proofreading, and improving languageLiaising with the communication team, agencies, and content writers to ensure brand consistencyOptimizing content according to SEO requirements, working with the digital marketing/SEO specialistUsing content management systems to analyze website traffic and users' engagement metricsManaging content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic through backlinksProviding Arabic translation for all marketing material and collateral required by the GroupManaging the social media accounts, posting, and community management for the GroupProfilePreferably an Arabic speaker with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalentExcellent reading and writing skillsRelevant experience as a marketing specialistHands-on experience with MS Office, Concrete5, Content stack, or similar platformsBasic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishingWorking knowledge of SEO and web traffic metricsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to communicate ideas in a clear, confident mannerProven work experience as a Content Specialist or a leadManaging users and optimizing the digital experience of our users in a CMSApply for this PositionCreating, improving, and maintaining the current Rivoli website (www.rivoligroup.com) and other associated landing pages/sites and social media channels as required. Constantly evaluating the UX, monitoring SEO, web traffic, and metrics to identify and implement best practices, handling upcoming website launches, including but not limited to SEO, GA implementation, curating content, and constructing tailored customer journeys within the website to deliver a personalized and exceptional user experience.
