CNS Engineering Service is bringing technology and innovation to the engineering and construction sector with a diverse portfolio of Consultancy, Hardware, software, and Services to create a one-stop-shop solution for your engineering needs.We offer comprehensive Building Information Modelling and CAD services that make construction processes easy, problem-free, and cost-effective. As an experienced BIM/CAD drafting service provider, we generate and manage digital 3D models that streamline and automate the decision-making process throughout the project.Founded in 1987 with more than 35 years of experience.Job DescriptionWe are seeking 3D modelers with experience in modeling wet and dry services for MEP utilities.Extensive experience in Civil 3D from LOD 300 up to LOD 500.Prepare Construction Operations Building Information Exchange (COBie) parameters and Asset Code for infra networks.Implement tools in the project based on client/project requirements.Upgrade Infrastructure models in Civil 3D from LOD 300 to LOD 400 and then to LOD 500.Prepare shop drawings/as-built for infra networks (wet and dry services utilities).Prepare full description for BOQ and quantity take-off per zone/area/model/service.Make/prepare/check/review infra networks and utilities connection in each building.Prepare details and sections for each network as per site requirements.Prepare manholes/valves/poles as per material submittal/actual on-site and as per site requirements.Prepare trench details/sections for each network.Coordinate with all project teams.Solve all clashes between infra networks and between infra and buildings.BIM 360 experience in addressing issues.Prepare and review models of infrastructure for MEP services.Review models with the project team leaders and engineers.Participate in coordination meetings with project teams.Preparation of shop drawings and construction drawings for wet and dry services.Apply the AFET Quality Management System (QMS) in all work.QualificationsBachelor's degree, Diploma, or ITI.Additional InformationWe are looking for immediate joiners available in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and India.
