They are looking for professionals who are passionate, thrive on change, and ready to work on the leading edge of human capital.Position OverviewThe Manager of People Consulting holds a key role in spearheading transformative initiatives across multiple dimensions of human resources, including organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. This position involves partnering with clients to develop and implement innovative strategies aimed at optimizing talent management, enhancing employee value propositions, and driving organizational change aligned with business objectives. The Manager will supervise projects spanning HR transformation, talent management, learning initiatives, organizational design, workforce planning, and change management, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with the organization's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will be responsible for supporting engagements across financial/healthcare/infrastructure/transportation sector clients in the delivery of change management, project management, business readiness, and supporting the People Consulting practice.Human Capital & Change Management LeaderSubject to talent specialization, a depth of understanding in multiple areas of human capital strategy and/or behavioral science based on data to determine behavior through change enablement.Develop compelling client value propositions, proposal development, and detailed plans to support execution and realization of desired client outcomes.The ability to lead/work in teams with responsibility for financial management including budgeting, invoicing, and conclusion of projects to plan and margin.Client Relationship Development and ManagementManage key client stakeholder relationships and communications at all stages of the project.Design and facilitate complex meetings, presentations, and workshops to build client commitment for the change.Cultivate follow-on opportunities at clients and develop compelling business case/proposals for new business opportunities.Practice BuildingParticipate in practice building activities (e.g. conference participation, thought leadership development, market offering development, recruiting).Continuously develop own expertise in specific practice specialty areas (e.g. human capital strategy) and upskill others to build the firm's expertise and assets.Provide coaching and mentoring to juniors, peers, and leaders.Qualification & Experience:A desired profile includes experience working in and leading consulting projects in the development of human capital strategy & change management which includes culture, organization, leadership, and talent management.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of relevant professional experience; experience working on major transformation programmes is preferred.A good understanding of change and transformation projects, with relevant experience in delivering change programmes in banking, healthcare, or infrastructure/smart city development/transportation sectors.Effective leadership and management skills with a proven ability to mobilize and energize project teams to deliver results.
