Our Client is looking for a Finance Business Analyst to work on the implementation of an EMR system. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, business analysis, and/or healthcare. This is a full-time position with benefits, located in Dubai, UAE. We're looking for someone who can help our clients manage their financial risks by analysing the financial statements and budgets. You'll provide recommendations for improving the company's overall financial health, including how they can improve their cash flow and liquidity management. You'll also be responsible for developing plans to prevent fraud or misuse of funds by employees or vendors.You'll be part of a team that handles all aspects of our finances and ensures that they are managed effectively across all areas of the business. Your goal as a Finance Business Analyst will be to ensure that the company has an efficient system in place so that they can meet all financial obligations on time while minimising expenses wherever possible.Responsibilities:Develop expert knowledge of the business' operations within the specialist areaCurrent and future state process mapping for the specialist areaRequirements gatheringSystem configuration for a specialist areaSupport the cutover and transition period for the specialist areaLead on communication and engagement for the specialist areaLead on business benefits management for the specialist areaLiaise with the test manager to sign off test scriptsImplementing new financial systems based on client needsManaging budgets within financial parameters set by managementReviewing reports and data analysis to identify trends that may require changes in current business practicesSkills and experience required:Previous experience in implementing ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365, to multi-site organisationsExperienced financial controller in a blue-chip company or equivalentPrevious experience in implementing reporting and planning systems e.g., OracleExperience in EMR configuration is highly desirableExperience in Change Management within EMR and ERP implementation projectsKnowledge of finance processes within a KSA healthcare environmentHas direct experience and understanding of documenting requirements related to KSA financial processesKnowledge of Saudi-specific billing and finance requirements.
