Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional specializing in React.js and Next.js development to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable web applications. This position is based onsite in Abu Dhabi, requiring a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Next.js
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in React.js and Next.js development
Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience in React.js and Next.js development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax
Strong proficiency in TypeScript
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
Familiarity with server-side rendering and SSR optimization
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Desired Skills (not required but a plus):
Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools
Familiarity with Docker and containerization
Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcasing your skills
