Java Developer with Kafka, Containers, and Kubernetes ExperienceWe are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our team and help build robust and scalable Java applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Java-based software solutions, with a focus on leveraging technologies like Apache Kafka, containers, and Kubernetes.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop Java-based applications, ensuring they are efficient, maintainable, and meet business requirementsImplement Kafka consumers and producers, configure Kafka clusters, and integrate Kafka into Java applicationsContainerize Java applications using Docker and deploy them to Kubernetes environmentsParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenanceWrite clean, well-documented, and testable codeCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issuesStay up-to-date with the latest Java, Kafka, container, and Kubernetes technologies and best practicesRequired Qualifications:4+ years of experience in Java application developmentStrong understanding of Java programming language, design patterns, and best practicesProficient in developing and configuring Apache Kafka consumers and producersExperience with container technologies, such as Docker, and container orchestration platforms like KubernetesKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools for building, testing, and deploying containerized applicationsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with OpenShift, a Kubernetes-based container application platformKnowledge of microservices architecture and cloud-native application developmentFamiliarity with agile software development methodologiesStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
