Under the guidance of the Head of Design, your primary responsibility is to conceptualize, design, and execute engaging and visually impactful exhibitions, trade shows, events, pop-ups, and interior spaces. Your role involves combining artistic and creative skills with a practical understanding of space planning and audience engagement.Main AccountabilityBrainstorm and assist other design team members with new brief concepts whenever possible.Requirements3 to 5 years of experience in exhibition, events, and interior design roles.A formal degree or diploma from a reputable art college.Highly proficient in SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion.Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Rhinoceros + Grasshopper (is a plus), and AI concept generative tools.Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and limitations of design work.The ability to storyboard or translate ideas into solid concepts and designs.Ability to handle design projects from concept to completion.Experience in teamwork and sharing new ideas with colleagues.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and attention to detail.Stress management: Being able to stay healthy, calm, and balanced in challenging situations.Presentation skills: Effectively presenting work results and ideas formally to internal clients.BenefitsElectra is an equal opportunity company that thrives on its diversity.Competitive salary.Medical insurance.Merit bonus.Learning & development opportunities.
