Our client is an Advanced Technology Provider, leading the research of Generative AI Solutions in the MEA region. They have partnered with us exclusively to represent a Business Development Director opening within the commercial division to drive product adoption.

Responsibilities:

Create and execute market entry strategy, focusing on building strategic partnerships and managing negotiations to boost market position and drive growth.

Manage the full lifecycle of B2B client interactions, from initial contact and requirements gathering to proposal development, contracting, and ongoing follow-up.

Ensure the solutions meet diverse industry requirements and support the progress of Post-Quantum Cryptography.

Analyse and track sales performance metrics to gauge the success of various strategies and initiatives.

Utilise insights to enhance strategies and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Grow a team of business developers and customer success managers.

Promote a culture of enthusiasm, innovation, and client-centric results, empowering team members to achieve professional growth.

Requirements:

Experience selling advanced technology solutions directly into large Enterprise customers.

Excellent track record overachieving on sales quota.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Education level required: Master's or PhD.
