Focus Mobility is a medical equipment trading company established in 2020, located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The company supplies high-quality and innovative medical and orthopedic products to provide better mobility options for individuals.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role, and as a Prosthetist and Orthotist, you will be responsible for assessing, fitting, and fabricating prostheses and orthoses for patients with mobility limitations. You will work directly with patients to create individualized treatment plans and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics or a related fieldA minimum of 3 years of experience in prosthetic and orthotic evaluation, fabrication, and fitmentStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and medical terminologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients and healthcare professionalsExceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze patient records, diagnostic images, and other medical data to create customized treatment plansProficiency in using computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software and other related technologiesFamiliarity with insurance and reimbursement policies for prosthetic and orthotic careStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesAppropriate licensure and certification in Prosthetics and Orthotics.
