About Kaanch Inc.: Kaanch Inc. is a dynamic, fast-growing blockchain company located in Dubai. Our mission is to develop decentralized solutions that positively impact businesses and individuals across the globe.Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and process-minded Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a deep understanding of the blockchain industry. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations role, with a proven track record of managing and scaling high-growth operations.Salary: $45,000 USD per year.Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations and make adjustments as necessary, providing direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to promote the company's culture and vision.Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, leading employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.Participate in expansion activities including investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and regulators.Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.Assist the CEO in fundraising ventures.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field is required, an MBA is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations role.Proven experience in the blockchain industry.Experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans.Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and development.Excellent analytical skills.Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing business and market environment.Opportunity to be part of a revolutionary industry and make a real impact.Supportive and entrepreneurial team environment.Possibility of remote work days.Access to industry events and networking opportunities.Health insurance.A multicultural and diverse work environment.How to Apply:If you meet the qualifications and are ready to take on the challenge of driving our business operations, we invite you to apply.
