They will need to deliver and support on our regional objectives including solutions, commercials, product, talent, operational excellence, community and thought leadership.The Head of Social Advertising will work with multiple markets and internal units within Publicis Media to define, enhance, and commercialize our Social solutions and offerings and will develop our cross-channel strategy in close partnership with the other capability leaders on Experience Design, Search, Commerce and Affiliates.The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Social Advertising, with a deep understanding of the various technology platforms and the evolving Social Advertising landscape, and a proven ability to identify and leverage opportunities to maximize revenue and performance.Key Accountability:Commercialization and Revenue Growth: Identify, develop, and commercialize new regional Social Advertising offerings. Drive revenue growth by improving existing offerings, exploring untapped opportunities, and leveraging data-driven insights.Market and Internal Collaboration: Work closely with our agencies, markets and client leads to understand their unique challenges and opportunities. Use these insights to customize our Social Advertising solutions and ensure their successful implementation.Solutions: Partner with our regional head of product and operations as well as our global performance product leads to shape our capabilities into client-centric solutions by integrating and packaging our Social Advertising capability.Product: Inform our various product teams with the required tools and products to deliver best-in-class social ads services.Operational excellence: Defines what good looks like by partnering with our regional head of product and operations on the representation of social advertising in campaign processes to deliver the required quality.Talent: Lead the translation of the social advertising capability to our wider Performance Talent organization including required capabilities, training, and certification of social ads roles by level.Community & thought leadership: You are our Regional Social Ads thought leader who will represent our paid social capability and facilitate information and resource sharing within our regional teams and in the Global Performance Media Community.Key OKRsRegional scale/adoption of our selected paid social solutionsDeliver on the commercial targets in collaboration with agency client and performance leads.Improve conversion in new business pitches and ensure great feedback on our paid social story.Improve our social advertising story on key accounts while working with the client leads.The CriteriaMinimum 10 years of experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on social advertising.Previous experience in a leadership role is required, with demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and initiatives in a matrixed organization.Proven track record in driving revenue growth through the development and commercialization of new offerings.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across various levels of the organization.Experience working in or managing large scale initiatives, with an understanding of cultural nuances and market-specific challenges.Updated required tech partner certifications in Social and Analytics.Excellent collaborator; likes and is successful in working in a matrixed organization and together with leadership.Excellent communicator; is able and confident to represent our search capability to internal and external stakeholders.QualificationsPreferred QualificationsAn advanced degree such as a master's degree or MBA.Proven track record on thought leadership; participated in panels, published articles etc.About the Way We Work:Be YouWe believe you should be able to be the same person at work as you are at home.
