The role of Business Setup Advisor centers around the sale of business incorporation packages within the UAE freezones and Mainland UAE. Building solid relationships with professional partners and clients, built on transparency and trust. Aspiring candidates are required to liaise with business support, operations, and marketing teams to ensure clients are fully informed of our products and services, offerings, and the status of their applications. In addition, this role requires sourcing and generating new leads to meet set sales targets.Driving and closing sales through provided leads and business partners to meet sales targets.Building and maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships in B2B, B2C, or international segments where required.Generating leads and converting them to revenue ensuring that targets are achieved or exceeded every month.Using appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods to gain acceptance of products and overcome obstacles that may prevent sales.Making clients and their needs a primary focus of one's actions, effectively meeting client needs, developing, and sustaining positive and productive client relationships and taking responsibility for client satisfaction and loyalty.Identifying opportunities and acting to build relationships between individuals, teams, department units, or organizations to help achieve business goals.Abiding by the company's sales lead management process, leveraging tools, reports, and resources to maximize sales results as well as identifying and targeting sales leads.Building rapport and establishing new relationships with clientele for possible business referrals.Maintaining an accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts.Assisting the Marketing team in collecting any information for product improvement if needed.Generating and implementing business development strategies to secure new sales opportunities and professional partnerships.Organizing and attending regular meetings with new and existing professional partners and clients (Law Firms, Accounting Firms, Corporate Service Providers).Attending external functions/events to promote the organization's product offering.Engaging in all CRM activities, staying abreast of its features to utilize and maximize system benefits.Generating reports as and when required.Working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.Working effectively in a team.Ideal CandidateProven experience in Company Formation, CSP, and/or Freezone authority.Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IMM, Business Administration.Ability to handle pressure, cope with changes, and work concurrently on multiple tasks.Strong analytical, interpersonal skills, and capability to work well within a multicultural team environment.Knowledge of CRM systems (ZOHO) is an added advantage.Pre-qualifying and strong closing sales skills, proactive mindset, and developed sense of responsibility.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.English proficiency is a must.Additional spoken languages are a plus.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and telephone etiquette.Valid driver's license and reliable own car.Connecting businesses with strategic consulting expertise
