Job Title: Security Systems Consultant The Security Systems Lead Consultant is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of security systems within the clients sites.This role involves working with a variety of security technologies, including CCTV, intrusion detection systems,security drone surveillance, physical barriers, visitor management systems, control and commandcenters, evacuation systems, emergency warning systems, access control, radio communication,Intercoms, Hostile Vehicle mitigation, Security Radars, personnel & vehicle screening and securityproject management, video analytics and more. The Security Systems Lead ensures that thesesystems are effectively implemented and utilized to protect the organization's assets, people, andfacilities.Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and improve the approved Security Management System Lead and support to the Licensing and Permits Team in County Management in processingand issuing related licenses and permits and ensuring compliance with technical standardsand specifications Ensure to maintain all security systems at an effective operational level at all times. Lead the documentation process for the accidents and resolutions for the purposes ofanalysis and documentation Provide a recommendation for improvement of standards, procedures, and policies Security Systems Planning and Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess securityneeds and develop comprehensive security system plans for various security applications. Implementation and Integration: Oversee the implementation and integration of securitysystems, ensuring that they are properly installed, configured, and tested. Coordinate withteams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Maintenance and Upgrades: Review and maintain preventive maintenance schedules forsecurity systems. Conduct regular inspections, testing, and troubleshooting to identify andresolve issues. Plan and execute system upgrades or replacements as necessary to ensureoptimal performance and reliability. Monitoring and Incident Response: Implement monitoring protocols and procedures toensure the continuous operation of security systems. Monitor system alerts and notifications,investigate security incidents and take appropriate action to address them. Collaborate withsecurity operations teams to develop incident response plans and conduct post-incidentanalysis for continuous improvement. Create and maintain project documentation, including system manuals, standard operatingprocedures, and user guides. Provide technical support and guidance to users as needed. Security Project Management: Lead security system projects from initiation to completion.Develop project plans, define project scope and objectives, allocate resources, and manageproject timelines and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, andstakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. System Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams and other relevantdepartments to integrate security systems with existing infrastructure, network, and datamanagement systems. Ensure interoperability and data sharing between security systemsand other systems. Develop and document security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines that complywith industry best practices and regulations Provide technical guidance and support to other security teams and stakeholders onsecurity-related issues and questions Research and evaluate new security technologies and products that can enhance thesecurity of the organization Stay updated on the latest security trends and threats in the security field Implement security best practices and methodologies, such as risk assessment, vulnerabilityscanning, penetration testing, incident response, etc. Facilitates cross-channel feedback from stakeholders and employees to management andexecutive teams in order to improve performance. Deliver all other objectives as deemed necessary by the Line managerRequirementsQualification & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (Master's Degree Preferred.8 years of Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing security systems,including CCTV, intrusion detection systems, access control, and related technologies.Experience in security project management is highly desirable. Knowledge of physicalsecurity concepts, industry standards, and emerging trends is beneficial.Strong technical proficiency in security systems and technologies, including CCTV, intrusiondetection systems, access control, and related software. Familiarity with network protocols,data encryption, and cybersecurity principles. Proficiency in project management softwareand tools.Strong analytical skills to assess security risks, identify vulnerabilities, and propose effectivesolutions. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to securitysystems. Strong problem-solving abilities to develop innovative approaches and strategies.Written and Oral proficiency in the English languageExcellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. Strong leadership abilities to lead cross-functional teams and managesecurity projects. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate system design, documentation, andimplementation.
