YOUR IMPACT IN THIS ROLE:
Manage HVAC Systems: Manage and oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems throughout the hotel property, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and guest comfort.
Lead Preventive Maintenance Programs: Lead preventive maintenance programs for HVAC equipment, conducting regular inspections, servicing, and calibration to proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
Troubleshoot and Resolve HVAC Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues promptly and effectively, coordinating with technicians and external contractors as needed to minimize downtime and guest disruption.
Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards related to HVAC systems, maintaining accurate records and documentation to support compliance efforts.
