As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Oil Spill Response Services Contract. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the Oil Spill Response Services Contract in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain correct manning levels to ensure efficient contract execution.
• Advise on special tools and techniques required for oil spill response jobs, ensuring compliance with company requirements.
• Report periodic progress and activities as per contract requirements and as directed by the Contract Superintendent.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure compliance with company requirements and maintain adherence to contractual obligations.
• Liaise with the Company Group/Team and K-EPA approved facilities to ensure seamless contract execution.
• Plan manpower, equipment, tools, consumables, and transport needs, including forward leave planning for contractor personnel.

• Engineering Degree (environmental subjects advantageous) from a recognized University approved by Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE).
• Ten years' experience, including 5 years in oil spill response and 5 years in contract management.
• Other competencies and skills required:
• Direct staff effectively.
• Utilize equipment and tools properly.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Communicate effectively to direct and coordinate tasks.
• Prepare records, reports, and correspondence (Analytical skill).
• Diagnose faults and identify trends through logical analysis.
