Apt Resources is looking for a talented Key Accounts Manager to join their client's team. As a Key Accounts Manager, the responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Candidate should have excellent interpersonal, communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers. Candidate should be able to demonstrate our services and products through email, phone, and personal meetings. Ultimately, a candidate should be able to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to company's rapid and sustainable growth.Responsibilities:To conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needsPlan, develop and control sales and service programsReview operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitabilityMonitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales effortsRepresent the company at trade association meetings to promote productsResolve customer complaints regarding sales and serviceActively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social mediaSet up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concernsMapping customer pain points and requirements with our strategic vendor and organizing technical sessionsPrepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and servicesCreate frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial dataNegotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objectionsMust be able to travel to HQ in Dubai once a month to collaborate with team members to achieve better resultsGather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teamsMonitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedbackRequirementsProven 5+ experience in Cyber Security Sales in Saudi ArabiaMust have 8-10 Solid relationships with potential customers in cybersecurityExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeHands-on experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, and Zoho is a plusThorough understanding of sales, relationship management, and negotiating techniquesFast learner and passion for salesSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachAptitude in delivering attractive presentationsMust have a driving licenseShould have school / masters' qualificationProficient in Arabic & EnglishBenefitsThe salary is AED 25k -30k depending on experience and qualifications.
